Lion*

The lion is one of those animals we don't see daily.... The lion is the king of the jungle, so they say and yes it can be true, but why isn't the elephant or the giraffe? Think about it and let me know...

The lion cubs is usually born with spots, but it will disappear when the cub reach adulthood. Interesting right?
Did you know that the other word for lion is the Panthera leo. The only characteristic between the male and female lion is the end of their tales ends with a ball of fluff. Now there were 7 types of lions, but the Cape Lion became extinct in 1860. The lion is the second biggest cat in the world!

The lion is one of my favourite wild animals and there for the lion has my pride. He is part of the Big 5 that represent our country. :)
